Who is processing your personal data?

This Privacy Policy explains how Rocketflow, a belgian company of origine, collects and uses information from users of the Rocketflow Software for installed based, webbased, smartphone or tablet as further described in the Rocketflow General Terms and Conditions of Service (“GTCS”) (which fully apply) and on the Rocketflow Website (www.rocketflow.be), as well as the purpose of such collection and use. Rocketflow is committed to ensure your privacy, will safeguard the information you supply and use it only in accordance with the following provisions and the GTCS, and in compliance with applicable privacy and personal data protection legislation.

Cookies

Cookies may be used on some areas of the Website. A cookie is a small text file that is sent on your computer or other device and stored on your hard drive or device memory. We are using the following cookies to keep records of your visits, to better tailor your future visits to your preferences and generally to improve your navigational experience. In using these cookies, we deliver a more personalized experience on the Website. You can refuse, delete or block cookies at any time, although some functionalities of the Website requiring the use of the cookie might no longer be available to you.
The Rocketflow Installed base and Web App and the Website may create links to other websites, which are not subject to this Privacy Policy. Rocketflow recommends you examine the privacy policy applicable to these other websites. Rocketflow assumes no responsibility whatsoever for the personal data and privacy practices of such websites and encourages you to review each website’s privacy policy before disclosing any personal data.

Protection of personal data and duration of retention

Steps will be taken to ensure that your personal data is accurate, kept up to date and not kept for longer than is necessary. Your personal data will be retained for as a long as you are a client of Rocketflow and will be suppressed within six (6) months thereafter. Measures will also be taken to safeguard against unauthorised or unlawful processing and accidental loss or destruction or damage to the data.

Specifically related to the calendar integration we retain your data as long as the calendar synchronisation is active. As soon as the synchronisation is stopped, all data will be deleted from our systems.

Categories of personal data processed and purpose of processing

By accessing or using Rocketflow, Rocketflow may process certain personal data relating to you, such as your first and family names, email address, professional telephone number, choice of language, the company to which you belong as the case may be, login, access rights and log files. You acknowledge that these personal data may be collected and processed for the purposes of creating, identifying, verifying and managing the Customer Account (as defined in the GTCS), setting the preferred language Rocketflow, controlling your access rights, contacting you and answering to your queries, correcting assignments of access and functions, identifying use/misuse of the Services and Additional Services (as defined in the GTCS). In addition, Rocketflow may process your personal data for direct marketing purposes, including by email (subject to your prior consent where necessary).

Transfer of personal data

Agreeing that Rocketflow may disclose your personal data to its sub-contractors for the above-mentioned purposes, both inside and outside the European Economic Area, namely our website hosting provider. Appropriate contractual measures will be taken to ensure the security of your personal data in compliance with the applicable privacy and personal data protection legislation. A copy of those appropriate contractual measures can be provided upon request.

Your rights

You are entitled to access to your personal data, as collected and processed by Rocketflow and request the modification or suppression of personal data relating to you if it is incorrect or unnecessary. You also have the right to ask for the restriction of the processing or to object to the processing as well as the right to data portability (as the case may be). When applicable, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent made prior to such withdrawal. In addition, you may object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, as the case may be, at any time, free of charge and without having to provide a justification by following the abovementioned procedure.
